Fourth and Fifth Grade

Cynthia (Cindy) McIntyre was born and raised in Goshen County.  After graduation from Southeast High School, she attended Eastern Wyoming College and then finished her degree at the University of Wyoming in elementary education with a middle school endorsement.  Cindy was hired to teach 6th & 2nd grade in Star Valley, Wyoming for her first two years. Through marriage, God moved Cindy to Sheridan, Wyoming.  She taught middle schoolers math and spelling at the 7th grade level, Title 1 Math, 7th & 8th grade math, and then 5th grade at Tongue River.  While at Tongue River, God blessed Cindy and her husband, Bob, with 4 beautiful children.  Cindy was blessed with the opportunity to earn her Masters’ degree from the University of Wyoming while teaching at Tongue River.  God then moved the family to Rapid City, South Dakota, where Cindy taught 5th grade, for the first time, in a private Christian School for 4 years.  This is Cindy’s third year teaching at Valley Christian.
